you make an application with full particulars of the persons / no of days to rd(place where the office is located)– for example in case of Jaipur office you may send it to or along with a scanned copy of application form duly filled in. After your application is forwarded to the office managing the HH. you may follow it with the office concerned. You may also forward your application by FAX .Confirm the email address from the dealing desk.
