Desperate wait for the Bank Employees  ended on 13-6-2014 when the  talks with IBA resumed after 3 months on account of political scenario in the country. But the result is more desperation!

IBA offered 11% increase exclusive of other costs on retirement benefits, LFC, hospitalization expenses, etc. i.e. 1% more than the previous offer of 10%.
UFBU rejected and demanded 25%.
100% DA for all pensioners is awaiting the approval of the Government informed IBA.
Updating pension in Banking sector – apprehensions about its feasibility on account of costs involved.

Appointment on compassionate grounds in the Banks on the lines of Government scheme- under the active and positive consideration of the Government. (It is 3 years old now)

The Constituent Unions intend to meet Finance Minister in a delegation  in this regard.
