Will the bipartite agreement help the officers financially retired under OERS

Bipartite settlements provide a groundwork for merger of DA while revising future wages in RBI.The wage agreements do not help retirees unless the Pension is updated/revised.

When will the government implement compassionate appointments in banks? It seems that
the government is making fool to the bank-employees with the help of IBA. Banks’ unions have been simply saying to implement compassionate appointments since 1997 but they are not taking serious steps in this regard knowingly that IBA and government always use to give a lollypop of hope. They both always say that it will be settled in a month or two but 16 years have been past and the matter has not been solved.

    Dear sir,
they all are just cheating us and doing nothing in this regard saying that it will be settled in a month or two.The Congress Government is heartless.

What is the problem to implement compassionate appointment in banks ? Many families are waiting for this. UFBU should take serious steps in this regard. Many families of bankers who died in harness are presently hand to mouth.
